While in Kincardine this week I found myself staring at my watercolour paints with no brushes in reach - all safely left at home. I found Artemis in my travels and left a voicemail detailing my need for a brush. Athena called back suggested a lovely brush and kindly delivered it to my hotel! I can’t wait to visit her shop in person the next time I’m in town. Thank you very very much! (My eyeshadow blending brush thanks you as well... I was getting desperate and it was getting nervous).

I picked up great bottle of in-house made walnut ink here. This pocket-sized art supply shop is brimming with artist neccessities plus inspiring products I haven't seen elsewhere. Also, there's an espresso machine!

A wonderful art supplies store, studio, and even a coffee bar! The owner is a local artist who teaches as well as giving her customers amazing service and advice. Check out the fascinating decorative touches, and also the ceramics on offer by local artisans! Highly recommended.

Tucked away 20m off the main drag of Kincardine is an independently owned art supply store and espresso bar. High end materials at fair prices and free inspiration amid the curiosities is densly packed within. Always a stop when I visit in the summer.

Without question, this is the best place for art supplies in Kincardine and surrounding area.The selection is thoughtfully curated. For example, they have a brand of Japanese watercolor brush pens I first discovered in Tokyo!Oh, and there's a coffee/espresso bar! You just won't find anything like this place, even in a big city like Toronto.

This is an amazing shop with an owner who is genuinely worth supporting! Although I haven't gone recently I only have good things to say about the store and if you're an artist you'll find it always has the item you're looking for. If you aren't the home-brewed coffee is always there too!
